ARKANSAS REVIEW: A Journal of Delta Studies<\/strong>\u00a0focuses on the seven states of the Mississippi River Delta, from St. Louis to the Gulf of Mexico. Interdisciplinary in scope, we welcome scholarly contributions from all the humanities and social sciences, including anthropology, art history, folklore studies, history, literature, musicology, political science, and sociology. Articles should be aimed at a general academic audience and follow the second Chicago style for documentation, known as Documentation II: Author-Date References and specified in\u00a0The Chicago Manual of Style<\/em>, sixteenth edition.\u00a0Academic articles submitted in hard copy should be sent to the General Editor at the following address: <\/strong>Arkansas Review, PO Box 1890, Arkansas State University, State University, AR 72467. Non-Delta related material is not considered for publication.
